Light to medium golden colour, showing some age and evolution. Intense nose, with some roasted wood. Quite spicy aromas of saffron, with ripe yellow fruit, pineapple. Some herbal components, cut grass, honey. It displays a certain sweetness on the nose, but the palate is certainly bone-dry. It is got a really good grip. Bone-dry, mouth-watering acidity. With layers of yellow fruit. Finely integrated roasted wood. Some spicy notes. Really long and dense finish. Wine with a perfect drinkability today, but yet with the potential to develop for another five to six years I would say.
