White wine with a youthful appearance, light-straw colour and a slight green tinge. Very fresh nose, offering some spring flower, some herbal notes, ripe lemon, lime. No evident oak. Good purity and bite on the palate, bone-dry; with medium weight, a bit more than medium. The nose starts out quite discreetly and shy, but on the palate I get much more fluidity and density. There’s a slight hint of oak there, with some roasted notes, a hint of vanilla; but still bone-dry with a well-defined freshness. Good length, quite persistent, with a good purity of fruit on the finish, with a slightly tropical hint there of fresh pineapple, with some notes of lemon and lime zest. A very pretty wine.

Tasted by the Best Sommelier of the World, Andreas Larsson.
