Medium-deep colour, ruby nuance, more tawny towards the rim. The nose is displaying new oak hints of coffee smoke, plum red berry side with red currant, a slight herbal spiciness as well. Palate has medium weight, it still has a quite youthful structure, with present tannin, high acidity. Rather elegant fruit, medium towards long finish. A wine which has almost reached a good level of drinkability, one to two years for that tannic presence; but well-made, in a traditional style.

Tasted by the Best Sommelier of the World, Andreas Larsson.
