Château Laniote – 2016 – Saint Emilion Grand Cru Classé

Dark purple core and a lighter rim. The nose offers red and dark fruit mixed with herbal and leafy aromas. Dense palate, good level of freshness, digest fruit, still a bit on the tannic side needing time to soften but layered with savoury fruit and good length.
