Medium deep ruby red colour, the rim is quite pale and rusty, indicating a certain evolution. Nose is also evolved, no primary fruit here, rather towards drier fruit; some cooked fruits, with leather, spices, and some dry wood like cedar wood. Palate has medium weight, the fruit has started to dry out here, we have a high emphasis on dry extract and tannin here, I get some wood, some sweet jammed cherry notes, some herbal spiciness like bouquet garni. Still with a youthful quite high acidity, and a medium-long finish.

Tasted by the Best Sommelier of the World, Andreas Larsson.
