Quite dark core here, starting to lose a little bit of the intensity on the rim. Very nice nose here. Good intensity, good purity. Floral with hints of violet, some rose petal. Ripe, more dark berry fruit here. With cassis, blackberry. Gentle spices and just a little hint of oak. Nice palate here. It is really full and rounded. With a really subtle texture. So there is a good grip in terms of fruit concentration. There is quite a lot of tannin, but they are really grainy and fine. So it doesn’t leave any hard impression on the palate, just really opulent and rounded with delicious dark fruit. Some notes of chocolate, fine spices. Good persistence as well, it keeps lingering on the palate. Yeah, long finish.

Tasted by the Best Sommelier of the World, Andreas Larsson.
