Château Hostens Picant – Cuvée Valentine 2014 – Sainte Foy Bordeaux – Red

Dense ruby red core. Young fruit on the nose, red and dark berries with pepper and dry spices. Medium weight on the palate, youthful texture, still on the tannic side with aniseed, pepper and a medium to long finish. A bit restrained, needing time to open.
