Very pale colour, youthful appearance with a green hue, light straw colour. Fresh nose, still youthful and quite restrained. There are some hints of green apple, with lemon and lime zest. Slight hint of flower. No noticeable oak. Good grip on the palate. Light towards medium weight. Youthful acidity there, with lemon and lime zest. Barely ripe green apple and pear. So quite salivating and on the finish, medium towards long. Lighter style, yet with good purity and freshness. Something I prefer to consume in the first three years of its life.

Tasted by the Best Sommelier of the World, Andreas Larsson.
