Very dark colour intensity here, still youthful with a hint of purple. Generous nose, quite a lot of spiciness there. With hints of pepper, dried spices, vanilla. There is some wood. But also quite delicious fruit. More in the direction of wild berry fruit, with a mix of red and dark fruit. Medium weight on the palate, but quite good density. A dense core there with quite a lot of extract but fairly rounded. I would say this is something that would easily integrate in the coming year. Good level of freshness. Elegant pure fruit with notes of plum, wild raspberry, discreet oak. Quite a long finish as well. Good purity and I also would say a slightly mineral sensation here. So yeah I would say this will drink well from six months from now and continue to develop for quite some time, so good potential.

Tasted by the Best Sommelier of the World, Andreas Larsson.
