Rosé wine, very pale colour, just a slight hint of copper. Pure nose, youthful with some floral hints, some stone fruit, pear, citrus. No noticeable oak. Good grip on the palate, mouthwatering freshness, well-kept acidity here. A rather light style, yet with a good flavour intensity; there’s some of that citrus-infused red fruit on the palate. Well-integrated alcohol, it’s a ripe still but it’s well in balance with a good emphasis on freshness. Quite persistent on the palate, medium towards long finish I would say, with a quite grippy and zesty finish. Pleasurable in a lighter more aperitif style.

Tasted by the Best Sommelier of the World, Andreas Larsson.
