Château de Tracy – 101 Rangs 2015 – Pouilly Fumé

Bright light golden colour. Fresh and pure nose of white fleshed fruit, pear, apple, flinty notes, wild herbs and lime zest. Good grip on the palate, still youthful but gaining flesh and volume with ripe citrus notes, and a long flinty finish.
