Bright light golden colour. Pure nose, good intensity with gently roasted nuts, pale stone fruit, ripe citrus, elderflower and aromatic herbs. The palate is classically bone dry with a bright acidity, nice layers of white peach, pear, lemon and lime zest. The finish is long and persistent with a nice bite and some chalky notes.
