It is a spirit with a deep golden colour starting to transform into a rather amber colour indicating a bit more maturity. Same thing is evident on the nose, here we have a bit more depth. Really fine nose here of some wood, some candid fruit, slight hint of honey, tobacco and a fair amount of complexity actually. It is really mouth-feeling in terms of flavour, I would say the alcohol is really balanced. It certainly gives you a warm mouth-feel, quite anxious texture, but the emphasis is really on that fruit, the nuttiness and woodiness. Good length, with a lingering finish, with those spicy notes with hints of tobacco and cedar wood. Nice.
