Medium to deep or just approaching a light golden, I would say, but still with a good level of brightness. Good purity on the nose. More of a mineral rather than a fruity expression. However, there is a good degree of ripeness here with barely ripe pear, white peach, some lemon and wet stone. Good bite on the palate. I really like this grip. There is fine extract and well-integrated acidity. So really mouth-watering and fresh. Towards the finish the fruit is emerging a bit more, with that barely ripe pear and white peach. With some lemony and lime notes. It is lighter in terms of body, maximum medium weight. I think it has good flavour intensity, good purity and very good length. Very gastronomic style.

Tasted by the Best Sommelier of the World, Andreas Larsson.
