Château de Gaudou – Tradition 2016 – Cahors

Youthful dark purple core. Spicy nose with some mocha and oak paired with red and dark berries. Medium weight, a fresh acidity, crushed berries, plum, mild spices discreet oak and a rather long finish. No hard edges but still youthful needing time to open.
