Château de Gaudou – Renaissance 2015 – Cahors

Dense dark ruby colour with a purple hue. Fine toast on the nose, roasted coffee, mild spices, red and dark berries. Savoury and digest palate with red and dark berries, ripe tannin, a layered spiciness, fine oak, fresh acidity and a long finish. Fine nuance and drinkability.
