Château de Chausse – Rubis 2015 – Côtes de Provence

Dark ruby red colour. Spicy peppery and fragrant dark fruit notes with roasted oak on the nose. It´s a dense and full bodied palate, still youthful but with ripe tannin, nice layers of spice and crushed blackberry with balanced freshness and a long muscular finish.
