It is a quite youthful colour, medium-deep straw. With a quite fine mousse, quite small bubbles. The nose is pure, with a good intensity. I think this combines finally some fruity notes, more on the yellow fruity side, with some hints of peach and yellow plum. Then there are some notes from the fermentation ageing like lees, hint of butter. Some nuttiness, fresh almond. Medium weight on the palate. Feels quite ripe and anxious with, I would say, rather mild, rounded acidity. Again those yellow fruity notes are showing up with a hint of butter. There are some notes of zest, a slight bitterness, like lemon zest. Finally a medium long finish and quite rounded with buttery, nutty notes. Certainly a wine to drink now, it has gotten some age. Should, I suppose, preferably be drunk in its youth.
