Château de Carles – 2018 – Fronsac

Dark ruby red colour. Modern nose with new oak, toasted notes, ripe dark fruit and liquorice. Dense palate, youthful but with good extract and ripe tannin, a fresh acidity lifts the ripe dark fruit. Generous length and well-balanced in a modern exuberant style.
