Château de Candale – 2015 – Saint Emilion Grand Cru

Intense dark inky purple core. Pure nose with inky dark fruit, blackberry, plum, liquorice, some roasted notes and mocha. Dense palate, still young with a high extraction, but nice layers of spicy fruit and a long vigorous finish. Still needing some time to soften and open.
