Château de Briat – Baron de Pichon Longueville N°4 Single Distillation NV – Armagnac Brut de Fût

Medium deep golden colour. Still youthful nose with some grapey notes, quince, a hint of oak, honey and almond paste. Very good grip on the palate, nutty with crushed almond and some oak flavours, rather warm and alcoholic, it has good length. A rather youthful example with plenty of character and bite.
