Pale rosé, in a classic Provence style, a slight hint of onion skin, a slight tinge of copper, bright. Generous nose displaying rather tropical fruit; brings my mind towards pineapple, ripe grapefruit, red cherry. Quite floral and extravert. Good grip on the palate, despite the tropical fruit nature on the nose, it has a classically bone-dry mouthwatering freshness; positively austere I would say in terms of freshness. We do get that extra grip from the well-balanced tannin, very very fine in terms of skin contact; it just gives a slight notion of red grapes, and some finely spicy nose in the finish. I would call this light towards medium-bodied in terms of weight, with good freshness, flavour intensity, and a medium towards long finish.

Tasted by the Best Sommelier of the World, Andreas Larsson.
