Château d’Aydie – L’Origine 2017 – Madiran

Inky black purple core and hue. Floral aromas of violet, blackberry, plum, cherry, some herbal spiciness and tobacco notes. The palate is dense and concentrated with bright fresh backbone, good layers, digest dark fruit with mild oak underneath and a long savoury finish.
