Château Charmail – 2014 – Haut Medoc Cru Bourgeois

Rather dark ruby with a purple hue. Fine nose with good intensity and purity displaying fine oak, red and dark berries with plum and mild spices. Quite dense palate with fresh acidity, young but ripe fruit, finely tuned oak and a rather long, pure finish. Good material, a bit youthful but potent.
