Intense dark ruby colour with a purple hue. Intense nose, fine oak, smoky with roasted coffee, ripe dark berries, cassis, blackberry and plum with tobacco notes. Dense and weighty palate, ripe dark fruit, fine oak, a fresh acidity underneath with layers of fresh dark fruit and a long lingering finish. Really good.
