Bright and light golden colour. Very intense nose here. Very generous with a good purity. There is certainly a high level of ripeness there, with lushes yellow fruit. There is a slight hint of fine oak in the background. Then we add all those apricots, pineapple, there’s some spicy notes of saffron, a hint of black tea. I like the purity in it and also a sense of minerality. Really lushes palate. It has a good bite offering a very fine sense of freshness. Sweetness is quite high, but I think the sweetness and acidity really work well together in this case. Lushes fruit, with those finely spicy notes of saffron, almonds, a hint of almond paste. Nice viscosity as well. It offers a nice mouthfeel, texture, with a very long and lingering finish. Well balanced. A wine I find it delicious already, but certainly with the weight and density to go on for many more years if you can wait.
