Medium deep ruby-red here, with a certain evolution on the rim. Sweet nose at first, showing quite dark fruit, some liquorice, with dark plum, cassis. Also a lot of spices, almost dried spices, almost like medical herbs. The palate has medium weight, light to medium, I would say in terms of structure. The fruit character is slightly more towards the dry fruit. Still with quite pronounced tannin and rather a high acidity. Finish is moderately long. I would say this feels a bit like, right now it is pretty much dominated by the tannin acidity and dry extract. The fruit needs probably some more time to come around. So I look forward to coming back to this one.
