Very pale colour indicates youth, a hint of straw yellow. Generous nose, quite floral with some notes of slight herbal spiciness, and ripe fruit such as pear and quince. There’s also some of that green spiciness, slightly grapey herbal components. The palate is quite rounded; it’s bone dry, it has a good sense of freshness, not that high acidity per se, it rather feels like a white wine from a warmer climate but it’s vinified in a bone-dry style, which indicates a good freshness on the palate, distributing some more of those flavours of pear and quince, with some lemony hints. Clean, fresh, well-made, for early drinking, pleasurable, in a pure, fruity, I would say rather warm climate style.

Tasted by the Best Sommelier of the World, Andreas Larsson.
