Champagne Yoann Tapprest – Entre Deux Rosé NV – Brut

Rather deep pink colour with youthful fine bubbles. Intense and spicy nose, almost Vermouth-like spiciness with some woody notes, ginger, spices, herbs and ripe red fruit. Unctuous and vinous palate with plenty of spice and character, a gentle creaminess and a rather long finish.
