Medium deep straw colour with a youthful mousseux. Intense and vinous nose with some development. Crushed nuts, ripe pear, brioche and pain d’épices. The palate is ample with good body and volume, mellow mousse with a fresh backbone, nutty and toasted aromas with rich fruit and a long finish.
