Champagne Vollereaux – Reserve NV – Brut

Bright straw colour and a lively mousse. A fresh nose with green apple, crushed pear, some toast and citrus. The palate is dense but still youthful with some citrus bitterness and crushed pear, some toastiness emerges on the finish, quite long persistency.
