Sparkling wine, slightly developed colour, boarding light golden. Quite fine tiny bubbles. Rich and generous nose. Brings me in the direction of both, a quite classic cuvee with both white and blue grapes. I like the mineral side, it that takes me toward Chardonnay, with ripe lemon, some mineral notes, a hint of fresh butter. There is also some red berry fruit, ripe pear, more in the direction of Pinot. Some age, some complexity from the ageing on the lees as well. Slight toastiness and breadiness. Nice palate. Quite dry, so not a lot of dosage. Also a good dryness there. Rather full-bodied style. I like the freshness there. Vibrant and zesty Chardonnay notes. Quite generous in terms of fruit as well, more of the red berry fruit. Those riper darker notes on the finish. Nice and creamy texture. I would say, the mousse is already well-integrated. Quite mild, quite mellow on the palate. Good zestiness and acidity all along and quite a long finish. Nice.
