Bright light golden colour with a fine mousse. Pure and mineral style, with a fine toastiness, ripe yellow fruit, citrus confit with some spicy notes of lemongrass and ginger. The palate has good density with pure stone fruit, positively austere with a bright acidity in the background. Fine toast with bread, butter and brioche, still rather youthful but with good density and tension and certainly a very long finish. Elegant and mineral style that still have a lot to give over the coming years.
