Light golden colour with a fine foamy mousse. Intense nose, rather dark fruity, more Pinot notes of plum, red berries, gingerbread spices and some nutty notes. Dense palate with good grip, full bodied with a mild creaminess, a fresh backbone, layers of crushed red fruit, plum, pear, spicy ginger and clove notes, nutty with some maturity and complexity followed by a long warm finish. Dense, generous and mature.
