The colour looks fairly youthful, medium intense straw colour. Medium sized bubbles. Quite vivid, still appearing youthful. Fresh nose, quite discreet. I would call this rather a mineral style. There are some notes there, of pear, yellow apple, ripe citrus, almond, some floral notes. It still needs some air to open up aromatically. Quite fine, more on that mineral discreet. Vinous style, some fresh butter as well. There is a really good bite on the palate. I think that this is still a quite youthful Champagne. The palate really has that, I like the dryness in this one not a lot of dosage. Plenty of extract without appearing bitter. Elegant and discreet. A bit more fruitiness on the palate, with ripe pear and some yellow fruit as well. Distinctly mineral with an almost salty finish. Salivating and really good length, good purity. Yeah, that is really good. This is something I could enjoy today for the freshness, for the purity. I would say that this is a Champagne that would benefit from further cellaring.
