Colour intensity is medium-high, light golden I would say. With a youthful mousse, with medium sized bubbles. Nose is quite intense, ripe, displaying notes of ripe pear, yellow apple, plum. I suppose this is rather a classic blend of the three varieties, perhaps with a slight dominance off Pinot. Palate is quite full, with noticeable dosage, however not too high. Good freshness with high acidity there. And quite generous fruit like crushed apple, plum and pear. Mousse is giving a quite creamy mid-palate. The finish is medium to long, with a real emphasis of fruit with those pear, plum and apple notes. Rather youthful, but a style which is probably made to be consumed in its very youth.

Tasted by the Best Sommelier of the World, Andreas Larsson.
