Champagne Roger Manceaux – Brut Nature NV – Premier Cru

Quite youthful appearance here, with a straw colour. Young, quite large bubbles. The nose is also youthful. It is pure, with hints of apple, pear, some almond and citrus. But still appearing quite youthful, no indication of age. Palate is more on the light-bodied side with a medium-high acidity. There is a certain hint of phenolic presence a slight bitterness. Reminiscent a little bit of crushed apple, some citrus zest. Quite young mousse and quite large bubbles. No indication of age, still appearing quite youthful on the finish. Marked acidity, quite lean, apple fruit and medium long finish.
