Medium high colour intensity here, light golden, but it also slight green-youthful shine to it. Intense mousse, youthful. Quite medium to large sized bubbles. The nose is fresh displaying some floral notes. Some hints there of chamomile, green apple, pear, citrus. Still appearing rather youthful. Palate is on the lighter side, light to medium weight I would say. Still quite youthful in terms of fruit, more towards the light fleshed; apple, pear. There is some citrusy notes, a hint of fresh almond. Some of those herbal notes re-emerging on the palate, like chamomile. Quite creamy. The mousse still gives a fairly youthful impression, but well balanced in a fresh style which resembles rather a classic blend of the varieties. With a medium towards long finish.
