Bright straw colour with a pink/copper hue, almost rosé-like with a fine mousseux. Intense nose ripe Pinot aromas of plum, pear, red berries, some windfall and gingerbread spice. Bone dry, rather extra brut with a fresh and lively acidity, ripe fruit flavours, crushed plum and spicy notes, young but balanced mousseux, and a rather long finish.
