Champagne R. Dumont & Fils – 2009 – Extra Brut

Medium deep straw colour with a settled mousseux. Still a youthful nose with discreet fruit like citrus, green apple, pear and some nutty notes. Medium weight on the palate, a high acidity, young and restrained fruit, creamy and youthful with a medium to long finish. A bit restrained and unfinished.
