Champagne Prévoteau Perrier – NV – Brut Rosé

Medium deep pink, rosé colour, with a slight copper tinge. With quite fine mousse and quite small bubbles. Medium intense nose here, still on the youthful side. I get some hints of red berries, of raspberry, fig, a slight sweetness to it, some nutty, almondy notes. Bright and fresh palate still a good weight behind it here. Medium towards full body in terms of texture. There is a slight phenolic presence here, feel that notion of red wine here, clearly some Pinot flavours. Still youthful in terms of freshness and mousse, but I think it is all well assembled. A Champagne offering a great degree of freshness here. Good length as well, medium towards long, more on the longer side actually. Offering a lot of pleasure today.
