Light golden colour, fine mousse. The nose is mature with some complexity and fine toastiness, brioche, butter, yellow fruit and lemon confit. The palate has medium weight and bright freshness paired with yellow fruit and a fine creaminess, long and distinct finish with some spicy ginger bread notes, good maturity and harmony.
