Light golden colour and an intense mousse. Very classic nose with roasted nuts, smoke, barely ripe stone fruit and lemon confit. The palate is dense with good grip and extract, very fresh and close to extra dry, yet finely balanced by lush yellow fruit, good toastiness and a creamy mid palate, long and vigorous finish, delicious now but with really fine potential.
