Champagne Pierre Mignon – Prestige Rosé de Saignée NV –  Brut

Medium deep colour with a copper/orange hue. Quite spicy nose, clove, pepper, allspice with some butter and crushed red plum notes. Medium bodied and youthful palate, fruit forward with zesty citrus notes, generous red fruit, a mild creaminess and a medium to long finish.
