Champagne Pierre Mignon – Prestige NV – Rosé de Saignée

Medium deep pink colour with a deep copper hue and young vivid mousse. Vinous nose displaying ripe citrus, fresh butter, raspberry and floral hints. Good freshness on the palate with a mild tannic presence, fresh backbone, ripe red fruit flavours and good length.
