Bright light golden colour with a fine creamy mousse. Intense nose, some maturity and complexity with ripe yellow fruit, saffron, almond, butter and pastry notes. Creamy and lush palate, rather full bodied blending yellow stone fruit with spicy almond and saffron notes, integrated acidity, classic dosage level, rounded texture and a long layered finish.
