Pale straw colour with a green hue and vivid young bubbles. Vinous nose with autolytic hints of butter, brioche, candied citrus and fresh stone fruit with a hint of oak. The palate is dense and crisp with fine layers, a mild creaminess paired with roasted nuts, sweet stone fruit and a long vigorous finish.
