Bright light golden colour. With a medium intense mousseux. Intense and vinous nose, some new oak, ripe Chardonnay notes with chalk, lemon zest, pale stone fruit, fresh butter and crushed nuts. The palate is bone dry, rather Extra Brut with plenty of nuttiness, ripe but discreet fruit, a salivating acidity, light creaminess followed by a long and vibrant finish. Well-done in a vinous Blanc de Blancs style.
