Bright light golden colour with a fine mousse. Youthful but layered nose, some autolytic brioche/croissant hints with restrained fruit, ripe citrus, crushed almond and hazelnut. The palate is classically brut with a slight dosage, generous fruit, a rather mild creaminess, a rounded acidity and a warm long finish.
