Bright light golden colour with a fine mousse. Fine and nuanced nose, still youthful with barely ripe stone fruit, crushed pear, apricot, citrus, some pastry and nutty notes. Very good grip on the palate, a fresh backbone with ripe and generous fruit, apricot and pear notes with a young creaminess, a fresh backbone, ripe and warm with a long aftertaste and a very bright freshness underneath.
